Disability inequality in the healthcare workforce: how my journey through the systems thinking apprenticeship helped to add a new perspective to the problem

Having passed her Systems Thinking Practitioner apprenticeship, Elisse shares her experiences of the course and how, as her skill set developed, she was able to apply it to work based projects.
