You'll learn to:
- Specify your desired performance outcomes, building time-charts of past performance and future targets, with simple calculations layered on top
- Understand how resource "stocks" — things that accumulate over time such as customers, staff, and cash — drive performance at every point in time, not just at the end
- Model the "flows" that grow and deplete those resources — the real strategic levers — and trace where they come from and where they go
- See how resources work together as a system, understanding the "strategic architecture" created by their interdependence, where one stock drives changes in another
