Schumacher Institute - communications officer
Job description – communications officer. The Schumacher Institute is looking for someone to help us with their communications, website, administration, book-keeping, and backup financial transactions. The role would be two days (14 hours) a week and is for 15 months in the first instance. Hours are flexible, would suit someone with caring responsibilities.

The Centre for Systems Studies at the University of Hull annual lecture is by Carlo Rovelli, the celebrated theoretical physicist, on the work of Alexander Bogdanov followed by a dialogue hosted by Emeritus Professor Mike Jackson. The International Society for System Science has set up a book club with the aim to explore the systems science literature in depth. Books will be read over several months, with monthly reading assignments of approximately 50-100 pages. The Council is due to start a community conversation in one of our towns and the situation of concern is the strengthening of communities.
