Annual General Meeting 2021

As we are now familiar with holding virtual meetings, this year’s AGM will be held as a short, stand-alone meeting. We have to achieve a quorum of 19 so please do attend if you are able. Please note that if you cannot attend, you can appoint a proxy which contributes to the quorum.

Four directors are standing down and we need to elect/re-elect two directors. There is also a resolution to make minor changes to our ‘purpose’ to make it clearer for our application to the Charity Commissioners in the UK (where SCiO is registered as a business).

Perhaps more interesting will be brief reports from our national groups who have had a busy and successful year and a report on the progress of the systems practitioner apprenticeship (England & Wales)
