SCiO Finland Systems Salon

We are pleased to launch the first SCiO Finland Systems Salon. The autumn theme is Adaptivity, and the inaugural session will focus on Organisational Metabolism.

The concept of organisational metabolism offers a systemic perspective on how organisations sustain themselves, adapt and transform through the continuous flow of work, information, decisions and resources. Rather than viewing organisations as static structures, it invites us to see them as living systems whose viability depends on maintaining healthy patterns of flow and renewal.

The evening will begin with a short presentation by Janne J. Korhonen, followed by a discussion with Kari Mikkelä as discussant and an open salon-style conversation among participants.

The event is intended for anyone interested in systems thinking and its practical application to organisational change and development.
