Ed van der Winden will describe some of the approaches that he and his partners practice with their company DoITogether. He will describe the approach from the client's point of view as well as the underlying principles that are used (but are not made explicit to the client). The theory behind the practice is based on the Viable System Model, Christopher Alexander's principles of architecture ("translated" into the organizational domain) as well as practices from sociocracy and holocracy.
