How can we strengthen the connection between relational leadership and practice with systems thinking

My presentation explores how we can better connect systems thinking with relational practice to create more human, adaptive, and learning organisations. It draws on a case study showing Somerset’s journey which describes the 'magic' when we align system understanding (using systems thinking methods, tools and methodologies in particular) with how we actually work within it especially through high-performing teams.
