Organisation Capability Models : Systems thinking by stealth

April 2013

Lucy will shown how the use of organisation capability models can make elements of systems thinking useful and usable across organisations, even where systems thinking itself is not prevalent or recognised.  She will draw on examples from the pharmaceutical sector, healthcare, logistics and education to demonstrate the different ways in which these models have been applied, and the benefits to the organisations concerned.

Lucy is a consultant, trainer and writer (currently co-authoring a book on a highly innovative approach to strategy).  She started her career working in FTSE 10 companies and since 1996 has worked as a consultant in both public and private sector organisations and in several countries.  Issues addressed cover strategy, organisation development, performance and change.
