People systems: working with leaders to create positive workplace culture

Peter is co-founder and Managing Director of Advanced Dynamics, an Australian company working with people to build capable organisations, helping both to realise their full potential. Drawing on leadership frameworks and systems approaches, application to leadership over 12 years at Advanced Dynamics, as well as 20 years in the mining and smelting industries in a wide range of roles. Peter will lead an interactive session on understanding the creation, impact, and modification of ‘culture’in the workplace.
