Recursive canvases in management consulting: applied systems thinking or not?

Tim presented an approach to integrating different systems thinking methodologies and tools with business analysis tools into a bespoke inhouse Strategy and Transformation Canvas, building on Osterwalder's business model canvas and his own work at the University of Northampton on a social venture canvas. He showed the the canvas is recursive and helps the practitioner to 'locate' the common strategy and business tools in one of five transformation environments: Strategy, Operations, Solutions, Transform, and Embed.
