What we can learn from the success and failure of systemic change?

Together with a small group of colleagues, my quest for over 20 years has been to discover how to undertake successful systemic change and transformation. More recently, I have further researched other successful groups; including Corporate Rebels, The ready, Tuff Leadership. What can we learn from the failures, the difficulties, and the inability of pilots to grow, will be the foundation of this session. That will then present the solutions that have learned to ensure successful systemic transformation.  I wish I had known this when I was starting up!
